An exceptional meze with aubergines, peppers and feta cheese!
A special recipe from the monks living in monasteries on Mount Athos! It is made with chunky pieces of aubergine, sweet Florina peppers, cut in stripes, parsley, feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil. A great meze to enjoy with ouzo, but also an excellent appetizer to be served on grilled rustic bread slices.
