A white wine with intense aromas, made from the Greek grape variety Malagousia. This variety was close to extinction, but it was finally protected thanks to the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou. It is characterized by a bright yellowish-green colour and ripe fruit aromas (pear, mango, citron). In addition, it gives a sense of lemon on the palate and seduces us with its rich structure and balanced acidity. Serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C with fresh, green salads, pasta and poultry, cooked with light herb sauces and stuffed squid.
